Refund Policy

Every Singbow song is made only for you, and you can read the lyrics and hear the first 45 seconds before you pay. So we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once the full song is delivered. But we want every song to be right, so here is what we do when it isn't.
We fix it for free
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- Their name is sung wrongly or can't be understood.
- The lyrics have a mistake about the details you gave us (a wrong name, place or fact).
- The audio has a technical problem, such as cutting off, distortion or a missing part.
We will re-record the song for free, usually within 2 business days. Tell us how to say the name if it was the problem, for example by recording it with the microphone.
Full refund
You get a full refund if:
- We can't fix one of the problems above after a re-record.
- You were charged but your song was never delivered.
- You were charged twice for the same song.
How to ask
Email akkop78@gmail.com with your order email and a short note about what is wrong. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
