Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Singbow, a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea (Representative: Jai Hyeong Park, Business Registration No. 177-52-00954, address: 204-606, 46-25 Gangnamdong-ro, Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, Republic of Korea), for the website singbow.com. By ordering a song you agree to them.
1. What we make
Singbow turns the answers you give us (their name, the occasion, a memory, a message and a style) into one original personalized song. Lyrics and music are created with artificial intelligence: lyrics with OpenAI models and music and vocals with ElevenLabs. Every song is newly made for your order; we do not sell songs from a catalog.
Before you pay, you can read the lyrics and listen to the first 45 seconds for free. The full song is about 2 minutes 40 seconds.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a song.
3. What you send us
- Only share stories, names and details you have the right to share. You are responsible for what you write or say.
- Do not ask for content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, illegal, or that harms minors. We may refuse such orders.
- Do not ask us to copy or imitate a real artist, band or existing song. We remove artist names, song titles and quoted lyrics before making your song.
- You give us permission to use your answers only to make, deliver and support your song.
4. Price and payment
The price is shown before checkout (currently US$25 per song). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax and billing questions, and their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
5. How you may use your song
After payment we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:
- Play it, download it, and give it to the person it was made for.
- Share it, and videos of them hearing it, on your own personal social media.
- Play it at private events such as birthdays, weddings and memorials.
You may not:
- Upload it to streaming or music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, Amazon Music or YouTube Music, or distribute it through a music distributor.
- Sell, resell, sublicense or use it in ads or other commercial work.
- Register it with Content ID or any copyright or royalty collection system, or claim you wrote or own the recording.
6. Gift links and sharing
Your song page has a private link. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with people you choose.
7. Our use of songs
We do not publish your song or your story. We will only use a song, a reaction video, or your story in our marketing if you give us separate permission for that specific use.

9. AI limitations
AI-made music can vary. We check every song automatically for its length and whether the name and your memory can be heard, but a name may still be sung slightly differently from how you say it. If something is wrong, contact us and we will fix it as described in the Refund Policy.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version shown when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
